The NPS cleaned their section last week from Big Creek to Yahoo Falls. There was 15-20 trees in that section. |

Excellent. I talked with them and they are overrun but will get it cleared. They have issues with liability if we run into the forest with chainsaws. They want us to have some training and be certified. What that means, I am not sure but we will discuss it at the conference.

I have recently seen the training program for cutting and felling trees as it pertains to the Forest Service. The program covers both chainsaw and handsaws. I'll try to find a link to the site.

Thanks for the link. Interesting stuff.
