Using the interactive map, you can download 1:32,000 scale USGS topographic maps clipped to the Sheltowee. The trail is marked red and the green polygons are USFS property boundary. It is a little difficult to see which is inside or outside of USFS land, but you can determine with a little map reading.
These maps can be assembled to make a reference map for the Sheltowee. Maps aren't pretty, they have no GPS reference grid and they sometimes way outdated, but as it is, these are best maps for the Sheltowee today.
You access these by geographically selecting the desired section on the interactive map. You must turn on the "PRINT TOPO MAPS" layer to download. Just zoom in and grab a map!....and come back and post pictures! _________________ Help map trails by submitting your waypoints and trail photos. |
