Ref. Trailguide
2/3rds of those who participated in the last section hike down in Laurel county missed the left turn coming north at the small stream mile 95.70. We ended up walking a great old forest road into private property and ended up, with directions from locals, getting back to the Sheltowee Trace via local gravel roads. Use extreme caution when you get to this point, you will know it because on the right as you come down the hill on the gravel road, there is a rock cliff, a small stream and a campsite with fire ring.
At the stream the trail goes left into the forest. _________________ Check us out at sheltoweetrace.twitter.com and on facebook in the hiking groups under The Sheltowee Trace.
