I will soon hike the section of trail between Turkey Foot campground and Cave Run lake. What is the water situation like? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Creeks are low but not dry. The Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake don't seem as impacted by the drought as the southern ST. There's a few country stores you'll pass in this section on road walks.
